We started this business up in the mountains, cultivating high-quality Arabica coffee using the Natural Shade-Grown method. Growing coffee under the shade of large trees in the forest allows the coffee plants to thrive, yielding abundant and complex flavors. No chemicals are used in the cultivation process; the farmers are an integral part of the forest and its ecosystem.
